About

I'm Florian — a developer based in Innsbruck and Vienna who builds web applications and hardware prototypes. I run Flof Codes e.U., a small freelance practice focused on getting things done well.

I work across the full stack — frontend, backend, mobile, and when a project calls for it, all the way down to custom circuit boards and firmware. I've been building and maintaining software in production since 2012, and after years of working professionally, I went back to complete my BSc in Computer Science — not for the degree, but for the deeper understanding. Next up is an MSc in Medical Informatics at TU Vienna.

Outside of code, I'm a parkour and athletics trainer, chairman of a sports association in Innsbruck, and generally someone who can't stop learning new things. That same curiosity drives how I work: I go deep, I care about quality, and I ship.

VestiCore

Open-source head-mounted vestibular feedback system for balance training. Custom PCB, ESP32-S3 firmware, dual IMU sensors, bone conduction audio, and a Flutter companion app. Built as my BSc thesis — and continuing into my MSc.

EVMAN

Event management system in production use across Tyrolean music schools. Multi-tenant SaaS with PDF, Word, and Excel export. Now in version 2.0, optimized for mobile and desktop.

Website, billing system, and coach attendance tracking for a parkour association in Innsbruck. Custom-built everything from the ground up.
